Good quality thick mat for using at Pilates or at the gym
I bought this mat as my last mat was too thin and had started to fall apart . This mat feels much thicker and is the perfect length for Pilates and other floor exercises . It feels good quality so i'm hoping it'll last a long time. It came with a handy strap to carry it .

It's a bit noisy for when I do yoga. And it's not rubbery as I thought it would be. It's foamy and very leightweight. Good things - it's very long and I love it. Width wise - I guess it's standard.
