Reusable Humane Mouse Trap

Terrific!

pretty easy to use. bit of fiddling about till I found the catch to open the trap, but it caught a mouse the first night it was put out. little fella released unharmed and well fed the following morning

Worked instantly

Bought two of these as we knew there was at least one mouse travelling between the loft and the utility room, so set up a trap in each of those places. Within 24 hours both had successfully caught a mouse each. Based on some of the other reviews saying small mice might not trigger it, I added a £1/50p coin onto the trigger flap straight from the start. So I can't tell if it would have been success…

Does the job.

The first night I got this product I stayed up until 4am and caught 7 mice with the help of some peanuts. It's absolutely brilliant and doesn't harm the mice, they have enough room to move about. The media could not be loaded. The mouse we were trying to catch was so small that it didn’t trigger the trap door the first few times and the mouse managed to take the bait and get back out. You only have ONE shot

The mice I have in my house is too smart for the trap. Too small to trigger the trap. so i added two 2p on the pressure pad. but the trap triggers if the mouse just slightly nudges the housing. I love the idea. BUT. I have tried every different tasty tempting treat. Mouse will not come near it. My son bought one too, the same happened to him. Maybe the mice are too clever and can see through the transparency of the plastic, to know what is going on. If I had the choice again, I would purchase a more opaque one. Brilliant but slightly flawed

This is essentially a really good product and I have had excellent results from it. However the locking mechanism and the tripping mechanism each rely on a tiny spring. Unfortunately these come off easily in transit. Fortunately I ordered two of these so was able to use one to work out how to refit the spring on the other.
