Useful but not for everyone
I have used these both in my pillowcase & under my sheet... they work OK but do warm up however, they cool quickly when removed or not laid on. I found the one in my my pillowcase strange at first but did get used to it.
One Faulty
One of the pillows is warm all of the time but the other is fine, I would like a replacement but it seems hard for this to happen reading the other reviews
Good prduct (but arrived very dirty)
Product its self is fine., But when arrived smelt terrible and was filthy, took me nearly 10 minutes to was all the dirt off and make it hygienic to use. But after a lot of Zoflora and scrubbing I am now looking forward to using on a hot evening and can tell will be very cooling.

I already owned a chillow that I had bought many years ago due to menopausal flushes, but it was the worse for wear, and I wanted something smaller to take away on holiday. These are fabulous. Every time you put your arm (in my case) on it, it is cold. I don't understand how it works, but it really does. I also used it after a fall to cool a bruised leg and it did the trick. Perfect.
These should be 5 stars but didn’t quite make it!
These are nice and cool. They are robust and flexible to mould around a sore area or put on a pillow. The downside is that the edges are very ridged, presumably to seal in the gel. This makes them very uncomfortable to use as a cooling pillow because the edges dig in to my neck.

I’m afraid that they didn’t keep cooled enough found that they made me sweat even more although I put them in the fridge not happy. Would not recommend I will have to try something else.
Great product
After reading other reviews I wasn't sure if these would work, but I was happily surprised. When it was very hot I was melting at night, couldn't sleep so bought these to cool me down. They worked well, they do heat up from body heat during the night but I've never had a better sleep since buying them
Even the large is small!!
So... they ARE cool. Almost cold even. Very clever, don’t quite understand it. They will warm after 30 mins or so but I have one in each pillow so simply rotate. And they soon cool again. What I cannot wrap my head around is why even the large is 1/3 the size of a standard pillow. All it does is slip, slide and crumple up inside the pillow case, completely undermining its worth.
