What is the difference between a cold press juicer and a centrifugal juicer?
A cold press juicer crushes and presses produce with a slow auger at 50 to 60 RPM. A centrifugal juicer shreds it with a fast spinning blade. Slow pressing creates less heat and helps keep more of the natural flavour in your glass.
Do I need to chop fruit and veg first?
