Filling & Temperature

• Do not use boiling water – allow it to cool for a few minutes after boiling before filling.
• Fill to a maximum of two-thirds full to prevent pressure build-up.
• Always remove excess air before sealing the cap.

Usage & Storage

• Use a protective cover or wrap in a towel to prevent direct skin contact and burns.
